Weather Conditions
The tours are held rain or shine. We recommend checking the weather forecast for the possibility of rain, and bringing an umbrella or poncho in the event of showers. Booking Information Tickets must be purchased in advance, and tours often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please book well in advance. Payment You will be charged the total amount of selected tours at the time of booking. Refunds We will issue a refund if we cancel a tour date and you can not be rescheduled. Cancellation, No Shows, Rescheduling Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour and no shows will be charged the full fee. We will reschedule a tour 4 days or more prior to departure at no fee. Confirmation & Travel Voucher Confirmation is sent within 24 hours. Confirmation will contain meeting place and time. Print your email and present at departure location. No Hidden Fees We do not charge service charges, or additional credit card fees. Gratuities Walking Tours Manhattan does not include gratuities in the cost of our tours. A standard gratuity for a tour guide 10% to 15% of the tour price. |
